Allows us to be compliant with the Package Travel Regulations & provides Financial Failure Insurance in the unlikely event we were to go insolvent.

Your Protection

The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Active Away Ltd. This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Towergate Travel through Evolution Insurance PLC.

If Active Away goes Insolvent

In the unlikely event of Insolvency, you must Inform Towergate Travel immediately on +44 (0) 1932 334140 or by email at tcs@towergate.co.uk. Please ensure you retain the booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.

You still need your own insurance!

This policy is NOT a replacement for your own holiday insurance which you must have to comply with Active Away's Booking Terms and Conditions. It will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond. It does not cover flights booked independently
