1. Payment - We do require the balance payment in full for this event.

2. On Booking - When you book, you'll receive an email that says 'Hold On - Your Booking is NOT confirmed.

3. Booking Confirmation - Our admin team will confirm your booking with the hotel. This normally takes 1 working day.

Yes! These are priced at £100pp/night + £70 Single Occupancy (If required).

In the event of rain, we would reschedule the tennis around the weather. The most likely outcome would be that we were to play on the artificial grass courts. We are not able to offer any refund/compensation in the event of the weekend being rained off.

Check In - This is guaranteed from 14:30pm, however if the rooms are available there may be a possibility to check in a little earlier. This is subject to the hotel's availability at the time of your arrival, so be sure to inquire at reception when you arrive. Please note, early check-in may incur an additional charge.

Check out is a hard stop at 11am. If you would like to request a later check out, this must be confirmed at reception with a payment of £15. You can also use the showers and changing rooms inside the leisure facility, Lockside.

Absolutely! If you decide to share a room with someone after your booking has been confirmed, we would remove the single supplement. This is on the assumption that the hotel has no problem amending the room occupancy.
