Please check when booking. Our normal arrival/departure days are the dates listed on our website, anything outside these dates is classed as a βBespoke Date.β
On the top right hand side of every email you get from Active Away youβll see a link that says βView Invoice.β
Clicking this link will enable you to see the live booking invoice as it is in our system.
Please then navigate to the bottom of your invoice and check the information is correct.
Maybe. If there are others on your flight then they may join your transfer, however these will only be Active Away guests.

All of our transfer suppliers operate cars of a premium quality. We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type.
Normally on arrival days, your Active Away host will be at the airport to greet you. There may be exceptional circumstances where they are not (for example after 23:00 or before 08:00 or if they have to be on court).
It is your responsibility to keep Active Away updated with any changes. The only way information gets updated on your booking is if you update it.
It is also your responsibility to find the driver on arrival. If you cannot find the driver, please contact the host in your WhatsApp group.
