Arrival – Depending which trip you book onto, you will either be arriving on a Monday, Thursday or Sunday.

Airport Transfer – We can organise your Airport Transfer for you or alternatively you can make your own way from the Airport to the Hotel.

Join the group at 16:30 at the Padel Centre for a welcome meeting-your chance to meet the coaching team and fellow players, setting the tone for an incredible week ahead.

After introductions, dive straight into your first coaching session: The Art of the Approach – an in-depth look at the chiquita, lob, and passing shots to help you take control of the point with confidence and precision.

At 20:00, meet in the hotel lobby for a short walk to U&Co, where you’ll enjoy a stunning first dinner featuring panoramic sea views and warm outdoor seating-the perfect setting to toast the start of your padel experience.

After a stunning poolside breakfast, join the group transfer to the courts for your morning coaching session: A Masterglass – a focused session exploring how to use the glass as a tactical tool from all angles and dimensions, enhancing both your defence and attacking play.

Afterwards, follow the coaches up to the Academy Restaurant, perched on the club’s balcony overlooking the courts, for a light lunch in a relaxed and scenic setting.

Spend your afternoon soaking up the sun by the pool or beach, then regroup at 16:00 for your first match play session: Net Ninjas vs. Lob Lords – a friendly, coach-supported competition where each point is guided to help put your new skills into action.

At 20:00, settle in for a sophisticated dinner at Spikes, offering luxury international cuisine in the beautiful setting of the Vale do Lobo Golf Club-an elegant way to end the day.

Join the group at 10:00 for your next coaching session:

The Attacker’s Advantage – a high-impact session focused on the bandeja, smash, and both defensive and transitional volleys, giving you the tools to take control of the point and maintain pressure.

Afterwards, head to Sandbanks, the elegant beachside restaurant, for a light lunch or one of their signature fresh fish dishes – all enjoyed with views of the crystal-clear ocean.

Spend the afternoon unwinding on a sunbed by the beach or pool, before returning to the courts for Mexicano Missions: a coach-guided, conditioned match play session where you’ll rotate partners and apply everything you’ve learned throughout the week.

For the final evening, meet at 20:00 for a special farewell dinner at a local favourite Portuguese restaurant in Almancil. Enjoy fresh, authentic cuisine and live music, celebrating an unforgettable week with new friends.

Join the group at 09:00 for the Active Away Cup – a fun and interactive match play session designed to celebrate your progress and cap off an unforgettable week on court. Coaches will be on hand to support and guide you through your final points.

Following play, gather for a farewell presentation and prize giving, a chance to reflect on the week and celebrate each other’s achievements.

Afterwards, return to the hotel to pack up and say your goodbyes. Checkout is at 12:00 PM at Dona Filipa.

Departure – Please choose a flight home which departs after 3pm so you can enjoy the final morning of Padel coaching!
