These are the arrival and departure days for our Adult Padel Holidays to Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus.
We can arrange an Airport Transfer for you, or alternatively you can meet us at the hotel.
We will have a welcome meeting on the arrival day & be there to say goodbye when you depart.

Day 1 of Padel

Start your day with a relaxed group breakfast at the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant, where a table is reserved for us from 08:30 – 09:25.

At 09:30, meet at the Padel Courts for your Welcome Meeting to get introduced to the coaching team and your fellow players.

From 10:00 – 12:00, it’s time to hit the courts for your first coaching session:
The Art of the Approach – focusing on the lob, chiquita, and passing shots to help you gain control of the point and dictate play from the start.

Enjoy a group lunch at 13:00 back at the Eleonas Buffet Restaurant, followed by some free time to unwind by the pool or beach.

At 16:00, return to the courts for your first match play session:
Fiesta del Padel – a lighthearted, social session designed to ease you into the week with fun, relaxed match play, finishing at 18:00.

In the evening, join the group in the lobby at 20:00 for a pre-dinner drink, followed by a group dinner at 20:30 in the Main Buffet Restaurant, offering an international selection alongside seasonal local dishes (restaurant availability may vary).

Day 2 of Padel

After fueling up at breakfast, join the group at 10:00 AM at the Padel Centre for your morning coaching session:
The Masterglass – a focused session on defending like a pro using the side, back, and double glass, giving you the tools to stay calm and controlled under pressure.

After a quick shower and refresh, head to the buffet restaurant for a light group lunch.

At 15:30, return to the courts for a 30-minute masterclass on building strong on-court partnerships – explore strategies to better communicate, support, and complement your partner’s style.

Then it’s time to put it all into action with a fun, coach-guided match play session:
Net Ninjas vs. Lob Lords – a competitive but friendly format where coaches will be with you every step of the way, guiding you through key points and tactics.

To round off the day, join the group for dinner at Fig & Olive at 8:30 PM, with the option to enjoy a drink at the bar afterwards to toast a great day on and off the court.

Day 3 of Padel

Meet the group at 10:00 AM for your third coaching session:
The Attacker’s Advantage – a high-energy session focused on the smash, bandeja, and volleying techniques to help you take control of the point with confidence and precision.

After a delicious lunch at the Main Restaurant, it’s time for the Coach Masterclass:
Technical Tune-Up – an interactive session where we’ll tackle common bad habits, answer your questions, and sharpen your technique with expert insight.

Then, put it all into action with a Conditioned Mexicano – a dynamic match play format with rotating partners and conditioned points, designed to reinforce everything you’ve learned so far.

To close out the day, enjoy a traditional evening meal back at the Main Buffet, sharing stories and well-earned laughs over some fantastic food.

After all your hard work and dedication, today is yours’ to relax! We will give you a few options for a day trip.

For dinner, please book your own meal, or alternatively join the coaching team in the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant.

Day 4 of Padel

Let’s get back to padel! Today’s coaching session is all about the serve and return-focusing on the importance of the first three shots to gain the upper hand right from the start.

Afterwards, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool before heading to Eleonas Restaurant for a relaxed group lunch.

At 15:30, meet the team back at the courts for a tactical deep-dive:
Masterclass: Talking Tactics – explore key patterns of play, positioning, and decision-making to help you outthink your opponents and elevate your strategic game.

At 16:00, it’s time to bring the tactics to life in your match play session:
Playing with Purpose – a focused Americano format designed to reinforce purposeful play through structured points and rotating partners.

To wrap up the day, join the group for a flavour-filled evening at Pithari Restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a vibrant, inviting setting.

Final Day of Padel!

As we near the end of an unforgettable week, it’s time for the Active Away Cup – a fun and competitive match play session where you’ll put your new skills to the test, with prizes up for grabs and coaches supporting you every step of the way.

After a well-earned lunch, the afternoon is yours to soak up the last of the Cypriot sun-by the pool, on the beach, or simply relaxing with friends.

At 17:00, gather courtside with a drink in hand to enjoy the Coaches’ Exhibition Match, showcasing high-level padel and a few surprises.

Following the match, we’ll move into the End-of-Week Presentation, where coaches will celebrate the week’s highlights and hand out a few final prizes.

To cap off the holiday in style, join the group at 20:00 for drinks and a final dinner at Jasmine Restaurant an excellent meal to round off an exceptional week together.
