This is your arrival day at Capo Bay Hotel, your host will be there to greet you on arrival.

We can organise an airport transfer for you or alternatively, we can meet you at the hotel.

Day 1 - Let the Padel Begin!

After a leisurely breakfast, head over to the padel centre for our Welcome Meeting at 09:30. It’s the perfect chance to meet your fellow guests and get to know our coaching team.
We’ll then ease into the action with your first coaching session from 10:00 to 12:00 - “The Art of the Approach”. This session focuses on how to take control of the point and dominate the net with confidence.

At 13:00, join the group for a relaxed lunch at Mama’s Beachside Restaurant, serving up local favourites just a few steps from the sea.

Spend the afternoon soaking up the Cypriot sunshine before joining us for La Fiesta del Padel - our fun, social matchplay session held as the sun begins to set. A great opportunity to mix in and put those new skills into play!

From 20:00, meet at the lobby bar for a pre-dinner drink with the group, before heading to Elea, the main buffet restaurant, to enjoy a delicious evening meal together.

Day 2 - Glass Mastery & Matchplay Mayhem

Start the day at the padel centre with our 10:00 - 12:00 Masterglass Session, where you'll learn how to work with the walls and become confident using the glass to your advantage.
After the session, join the group for a delicious lunch at Elea, before enjoying some well-earned downtime by the pool or beach.

We’re back on court from 16:00 - 18:00 for an exciting coached matchplay session - Net Ninjas vs Lob Lords. This is a chance to put the morning’s lessons into practice while our coaches observe and guide you in live play situations.

To round off a brilliant day, meet the group at the bar for a pre-dinner drink, followed by dinner at KOI Asian Restaurant - an evening of incredible food in a stylish setting.

Day 3 - The Attacker’s Advantage

Meet the group at the padel centre for your morning coaching session: The Attacker’s Advantage - a deep dive into overheads and volleys, learning how to both attack and defend with confidence and control.

After the session, join the group at the Buffet Restaurant for a well-earned lunch, followed by some downtime relaxing by the beach or pool.

At 16:00, return to the padel courts to put your skills into action with a dynamic matchplay session: Mexicano Missions. You’ll play conditioned points in a Mexicano format, switching partners and opponents to keep things fun and competitive.

To finish the day, enjoy a drink with the group at the Lobby Bar from 20:00, before heading to Cucina Restaurant for an evening of delicious Italian-inspired dining.

Final Day - The Active Away Finale

Join the group at 10:00 for your final coaching session of the holiday - Starting Strong: The First 3 Shots. We’ll take an in-depth look at serve technique, return tactics and the all-important first volley to help you open each point with confidence.

Afterwards, head to Elea Buffet Restaurant for a relaxed lunch before making the most of your final afternoon in the sun - whether by the pool, on the beach or exploring the resort.

To round off an unforgettable escape, take part in our famous Active Away Cup - a fun, social mix-around tournament with prizes awarded during our end-of-holiday presentation.

Departure Day - Farewell for Now

If you're arranging your own transfers, please let your host know your departure time in advance - we’ll make sure we’re there to say a proper goodbye and wish you a safe journey home.

If you have transfers booked with Active Away, we will ensure your departure time is conveyed to you (normally 3 hours before you depart the hotel).
