The 2024 David Lloyd European Men’s & Ladies Club Championships will be hosted at the fantastic 4* Beach Club, Mallorca.
With a generous All Inclusive Board Basis, large gym, beautiful beach and fantastic Red Clay Courts, it’s the perfect location for the event! Enter your team now for the chance to be crowed the 2024 David Lloyd European Tennis Champions.

The Event
We have 2x Events you can enter – either the Men’s event or Ladies event.
Each team must comprise of 4 players, and you can enter both a Men’s and Ladies Team.
Day 1 – will be a round robin format.
Day 2 – will be a reverse knock out draw with a minimum of 2 matches.

Itinerary
We’ve been hosting this event since 2022 and can’t wait to welcome you!
Please note our itineraries are all subject to change.
This is our arrival day for the 2024 David Lloyd European Championships. You can arrive at any point through the day and we will have practice courts available from 15:00 for anyone who arrives early.
The group stages of the championships begin. You’ll be competing for your team against 3 other teams in your group. At the end of the day you’ll be given a ‘seeding’ based on your team’s performance.
They’ll be an opportunity for a group breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as chance to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
Today is the knock our stage of the competition! Based on the seedings of the previous day, your team will be placed in the draw If you win your match, you move forwards in the draw. If you lose your first round – you go into the consolation event. Lose 2 matches and you are unfortunately out of the event.
At the end of the day there will be a prize giving ceremony and special dinner with all of the teams to celebrate the event.
You have full use of the hotel’s facilities on this day so why not select a late flight back so you can have a day basking in the Mallorca sunshine! If you’ve booked a transfer with Active Away, we will let you know your departure time.

Excellent food, 2 spacious dining rooms with highly-varied buffets, show cooking and tasty dishes made with fresh products for a healthy, balanced diet. Opportunity to try typical Majorcan dishes every day. The Lounge Club and Macumba nightclub offer a great selection of beverages until 11pm.

FAQS
- Your Racquets Manager will be responsible for completing the ‘Booking File’ (displayed below).
- All information gathered on the booking file will be uploaded on the ‘Booking Form’ below.
- We will send out ‘provisional booking invoices’ to each person as specified on the booking file.
- Each person will then need to make payment for their booking via the link on the provisional booking invoice.
- We will then confirm that room with the hotel and send you a ‘Deposit Paid – OK’ or ‘Balance Paid – OK’ booking invoice.
- Each person can then go ahead and book their flights.
- Each person can then submit their transfer information (if required) and join the WhatsApp group.
- If paying a Deposit – the balance is due 12 weeks before the start date of the event.
The tennis event will be played on Saturday & Sunday. All participants must be available from 09:00 – 19:00.
Saturday will be the ‘Round Robin Group Stage.’
Sunday will be a ‘Reverse Knock Out Draw’ with a minimum of 2 matches.

Yes! Single Occupancy is a £200 Supplement for the 3 nights.

– 2 Sharing extra nights are: £120pp
– Single Occupancy extra nights are £120pp + £70 Single Occupancy
Yes! The pricing would be £380pp for the 3 nights for your non-playing partner.
Once you’ve received your ‘Deposit Paid – OK’ or ‘Balance Paid – OK’ booking invoice, you can go ahead and book your flights. You can use our handy flight search tool on this page. Just enter your departure airport and arrival airport (Palma).
You can choose to include Airport Transfers on your booking or alternatively arrange your own transport. Return Airport Transfers cost £85pp. You can read more about airport transfers here.

Booking information
In order to enter the David Lloyd Men’s and/or Ladies European Championships, your Racquets Manager should complete the below form.
– We require a fully completed form in order to raise individual booking invoices for each person.
– You can enter just the Men’s event, just the Ladies event or both events.
– Players must be available to play 9am-7pm on both the Saturday and Sunday.
