Please see this table. Our normal arrival/departure days are the dates listed on our website, anything outside these dates is classed as a ‘Bespoke Date.’
1. On the top right hand side of every email you get from Active Away you’ll see a link that says ‘View Invoice.’
2. Clicking this link will enable you to see the live booking invoice as it is in our system.
3. Please then navigate to the bottom of your invoice and check the information is correct.
Maybe. If there are others on your flight then they may join your transfer, however these will only be Active Away guests.

That’s absolutely fine, please inform your host of your arrival time in your WhatsApp group so they can greet you.
No. The transfer will go directly to the hotel.
Yes. As long as your flight arrives and departs on our specified dates.
All of our transfer suppliers operate cars of a premium quality. We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type.
Normally on transfer days, your Active Away host will be at the airport to greet you. There may be exceptional circumstances where they are not.
It is your responsibility to keep Active Away updated with any changes. The only way information gets updated on your booking is if you update it.
