HOW TO BOOK
Please read the below information on the Active Away Booking Process
We have a booking process that may be a little different to what you are used to. Please check the below for more information..
OVERSEAS HOLIDAYS
I'm Booking MORE than 12 weeks from the Start Date
If you are booking more than 12 weeks from the Start Date
#1 35% Deposit Payment
Deposit Paid – Wait. You’ll receive an email from us acknowledging your booking. At this stage, we will confirm your accommodation with the hotel.
24-48hrs after your initial booking
#2 Book Your Flights
Deposit Paid – OK. As soon as we’ve confirmed your accommodation we will send you an updating Booking Invoice which has a status of ‘Deposit Paid – OK.’ Please only book your flights on receipt of this email.
As soon as you've booked your flights
#3 Complete Transfer Information
Transfer Information. Once you’ve booked your flights, if you have booked a Transfer included in your booking you’ll need to complete this form.
As soon as possible
#4 Join the WhatsApp Group
WhatsApp Group. The best way to keep in touch with your host and other participants on the trip. Join here (password Tennis2022).
12 Weeks Before Travel
#5 Balance Payment
Balance Payment. We will send you a reminder email 12 weeks before travel to ask you to pay your remaining balance.

If you are booking less than 12 weeks from the Start Date
#1 100% Payment
Balance Paid – Wait. You’ll receive an email from us acknowledging your booking. At this stage, we will confirm your accommodation with the hotel.

#2 Book Your Flights
Balance Paid – OK. As soon as we’ve confirmed your accommodation we will send you an updating Booking Invoice which has a status of ‘Deposit Paid – OK.’ Please only book your flights on receipt of this email.

All booking changes are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Please Contact Us here with your change request. Please include as much information as possible.
Within 48hrs
#2 Response
We will respond to your request and let you know any costs/charges to change your booking. Please never assume a change will be possible until it’s been confirmed by Active Away.
