A quiet Cretan

Lyttos Beach, on Crete’s northern coast, is a long stretch of golden sand backed by this lovely hotel. For everything else, the village of Analipsi is just 5 minutes’ walk away. It’s a calm spot with bars and tavernas along the main street. As for getting out and about, lively Hersonissos is literally up the road, while historic Heraklion is just 30 minutes’ drive away.

There are two restaurants at the Hotel.

Their doors open and invite you to taste a delectable combination of traditional and international delicacies. Indulge in the gastronomical pleasures combined with fine decoration and sea views.

Our weekly programme

The tennis programme consists of 20 hours of tennis incorporating morning coaching sessions, and afternnon matchplay sessions and an end of week social champagne tournament.

The programme has been devised with the main emphasis on improving your doubles; our aim is for you to go home a better doubles player with an improved understanding of your positioning, movement and tactical play. As well as improving your doubles play we will also be giving you personal technical tips which you can work on to further help improve your game.

For those that want to play singles we arrange box leagues that can be played outside of the program times.

Our programme is as flexible as it need s to be and we can tailor your holiday to your exact needs. You can play as much or as little tennis as you want. You can rest assured that all abilities will be catered for, from absolute beginners to County and National standard players. Private lessons with one of our professional coaches can be arranged in resort for an additional cost.

This week is as much about having fun as it is about meeting new friends and playing tennis.

Spa

Aegeo Spas C.M.S. is the biggest Greek company that operates wellness centers (SPAS) ONLY in hotels. Aegeo Spas’ “journey” began back in 2007. After eight years, it counts 60 wellness centers all over Greece and wishes to offer the opportunity to all its collaborators to become communicants to the unique “Journey” it has to offer to the guest.

The company’s brochures are based on this philosophy…”Journey in the Aegean Sea”.

Below we mention briefly what these brochures are and how they are used.

• Spa Ticket: It is given by the hotel reception staff to all adult guests of the hotel, upon their arrival and offers them a 15min FREE massage of their preference. The guests HAVE TO book their appointment at the Spa Reception within the first 48hours of their arrival.
• Destination Card: It is a duplicate that is filled in by the therapist, the salesman or the manager, with their suggestions to the guests for more personal and tailor-made services.
• Boarding Pass: It is a medical questionnaire along with some details regarding the guest. That way we are in position to know if the service or the service suggestion he is about to receive is suitable for him.
• Questionnaire: It is the guests’ questionnaire which constantly improves us, in all parts they think we need to be improved. Furthermore, it is the tool that informs us for any guest’s discontent, helping us act immediately and drastically at the root of the problem.
  All of these brochures are the instruments of the Journey we have decided to do with our collaborators and guests. But what is our most direct means is the Spa Menu. Creation of team work, our menu is structured in a way that is clear, guiding and has a scent of the Aegean Sea.
• Spa Menu: It is divided in five sections, just like a journey

1. Journey preparation-luggage: We are preparing for our Journey, which means that in this section we have all the flash treatments that prepare someone to accept their treatment in the right way.
2. Journey: Mini treatments that can be added up to any treatment, but can also stand on their own for those who do not have much time to spend at the Spa.
3. Main Destinations-Accommodation: These are the complete face, body and massage treatments which are the main means of the journey to relaxation and wellness.
4. Sightseeing: It includes all the Holistic treatments that have our signature and are a destination on their own.
5. Home Sweet Home- Departure: Express treatments that will leave you a sweet taste from the journey and will prepare you for a departure full of unforgettable memories.

All of our treatments, apart from a clear name that defines their properties, will also be named after islands of the Aegean Sea, making in that way the Aegean Sea familiar to its majority, offering a mental journey to the destinations they will choose to visit.

We will make sure that the guest will take this journey with him as a souvenir, by giving him from the Spa reception -at the end of his treatments- a map of the Aegean Sea (it will resemble to a postcard) that will show the journey he made to our islands, through the Spa treatments he performed.

With all these means Aegeo Spas will make all of its guests participants to a Mystical Journey of Senses and Wellness, having as background the unique Energy of the Greek Aegean Sea.

Hersonissos – The local town

If you are feeling in the party mood once the bars close at midnight at the hotel you can take a 5 minute taxi ride in to the local town of Hersonissos. Hersonissos is a big town widely recognised at Crete’s party capital, it is a lively town with a buzzing atmosphere, Hersonissos has developed a reputation for providing round the clock fun. With its wealth of bars, pubs and clubs, the resort’s nightlife is legendary and as such it is a magnet for partygoers from all over Europe.

If you are traveling on your own that’s no problem!

The single room supplement ranges from £130 – £160 extra for the week. It is exactly the same room that you receive as if two people are sharing –  it is not smaller single room. We will ask for a double bed however this cannot be guaranteed – you may be given twin beds.
