We've designed a schedule that we know your child will love! With fun games and top technical tips, we know that every attendee will leave a more skilled and self assured player. What's more - it's repeatable, meaning that children will progress the more times they attend.

  • 6-8 years:
    • Fundamentals (10:00 AM – 10:45 AM) – Focus on basic hand-eye coordination with fun activities like balloon tennis.

    • Basic Strokes (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) – Introduction to forehand and backhand using soft balls.
    • Fun Games (12:00 PM – 12:30 PM) – Mini tennis games using soft balls and short nets.
  • 9-11 years:
    • Technical Warm-Up (10:00 AM – 10:45 AM) – Dynamic stretching and basic racket skills.

  • 12-17 years:

    • Mental Toughness Workshop (3:15 PM – 4:00 PM) – Workshop on mental strategies and sports psychology. We do have a product and partner we can use.

We've partnered with a local catering company to offer an excellent selection of food for each day of the camp. Your child will have a snack as well as a lunch box. If you'd prefer to pack your own food - that's no problem, just remove the lunch option on the booking page.

We know you've probably got some questions ahead of the day - we've tried to answer those below.

If there is rain in the morning – we have a classroom booked and have some fun quizzes in store for you!

If there is rain in the afternoon, we have indoor tennis courts booked as a backup – so there’s no need to miss out on the fun.

On arrival, please look for the Active Away x Dante Active sign near the tennis courts. You’ll then be registered and meet the rest of the attendees!

We’ve partnered with an excellent local catering company who will offer a brilliant lunch and a snack. However – if you’d prefer to bring your own pack lunch, please go ahead! Just unselect the lunch option when booking.

On the day, you’ll be given a contact number for your host – you can always call them directly. Alternatively you can call the Active Away office (open until 5pm) on 02079657277.

After booking, you’ll be sent a parental consent form to complete. This will give you the opportunity to share the information we require from you ahead of the camp.
