I had a amazing time on my tennis holiday with Active Away. Great fun and tennis with wonderful friends, old and new. Highly recommended.

Active Away, there it is in a nutshell. We were active and we were away. It's first class all the way from being met at the airport to being given first class tennis guidance by smart young coaches who make learning fun. If you enjoy your tennis and want to hone your skills this is a must.

Just back from a really enjoyable week at Kalimera Kriti.The group of 24 guests varied in tennis ability but were all friendly ,supportive and good fun.Nick and his coaching team provided excellent coaching on court and hosting off court.The Hotel was comfortable albeit a little tired,food and drinks very good.We’ll be back next year.

Just had a week at Kalimera Kriti in Crete with Active Away. I had a great time playing lots of Tennis & receiving very good coaching. I met lots of like-minded people, some of whom I have met previously on other Active Away holidays. I am really looking forward to the next one!

I had a brilliant holiday with plenty of tennis! The tennis courts were of good quality and in a lovely setting. Josh Thompson was extremely helpful with any queries and the coaching team were fab! I would definitely book again!

Another amazing holiday with Active Away! If you are looking for a fun holiday, where you can play lots of tennis, with outstanding coaches, then this is a great choice.. I have been away 5 times with Active Away and each time it just gets better and better!!

I have just returned from Kalimera Kriti resort in Crete. I cannot recommend Active Away highly enough for a truly wonderful holiday. It is an ideal activity holiday whether travelling as part of a group or solo. Remarkable hosting and coaching from Active Away team. Although travelling on my own, I felt welcomed into a tennis family for a week. It was a fantastic week and I can't wait until my next Active Away holiday next year!

The best tennis holidays!!! Quality tennis coaching programme delivered by talented and passionate tennis coaches with years of valuable experience. A lot of attention to detail is put in to ensure everyone is in a group at the right level and hosts are very attentive and accommodating towards your individual needs. Around the tennis there are always social events and day activities organised so you are never alone! The whole group comes together on the holiday creating a fun and friendly atmosphere leaving you with lots of wonderful memories and plenty of new tennis friends. The resorts are always spectacular and the service is impeccable. I could not say enough great things about Active Away!

The week spent with ActiveAway in Turkey was sooooooooooo good...I stayed for a 2nd week. Great faciities; Excellent coaches; Freindly Co-Players; Instructional Sessions; Entertaining social events. Special mention to Josh and Tom who helped me improve my forehand; Alex who sorted out my serve; and Kalina who showed me how to crush a backhand. All the coaches were fantastic both on and off court and the overall organisation of the program was superb. If you want to have a great tennis holiday......ActiveAway deliver. You will have a very enjoyable time and learn lots of new skills...with some lovely people. I could not recommend it more highly.

What an extraordinary and inimitable experience this was. As a former coach and keen tennis player who had never done anything like this before, I did not know what to expect. The whole experience was utterly incredible and completely world class. The quality of the coaching was superb and the way they managed all of us, kept us all happy, ensured we all had things to do at various times, should we want to, was unrivalled. By the end of the holiday, the coaches and the guests felt not only like friends but family! The hotel clearly adores the Active Away team and as such you get treated very well because of the excellent relationships Active Away clearly cultivates with its hotels. The value for money is incredible. In one week | played 30 hours of tennis, had various one on one sessions, enjoyed an Active Away quiz night, went on a boat trip and much more. It is no wonder the business has enjoyed so much success since its inception in 2006 and I wish them much much more (post Covid!). I will be bringing mates and myself on this every year for the rest of my able bodied life. Thank you to all the team Tom, Alex x2, Steve, Jason, Kalina, Josh, Omar and James.

Just back from Kalimera Kriti, had a amazing time. The coaches worked so hard during the week, I have fallen in love with tennis again. Loved the sessions on DNA, and the Masterclasses in the evening. It's a must for all tennis players whatever your standard. Thank you Sean, Anthony , Roy and Marek for a fun week .

This has been my 4th time with ActiveAway, this time in Kalimera Kriti. The holiday lived up to expectations - excellent coaching by Sean, Alex, Mike and Marek. Together with lots of fun-filled social play. I know that our group (10 of us) had a truly amazing time at Kriti. In fact I’ve just booked my next AA holiday.

I had a brilliant week at Kalimera Kriti in Crete. Excellent coaching and slick organisation. No-one could fault the enthusiasm and passion of our host, Josh and lovely coaches Alex, Sean and Adam. Pretty resort with lovely food and great setting. The hotel rooms are traditional Greek and could do with being refurbished, however this is one of the cheaper ActiveAway resorts and you don't spend that long in your rooms. There were a couple of teething issues with the hotel with regard to the drinks package and getting lunch on arrival day, but these were soon sorted. Met some lovely fellow tennis enthusiasts. Hope to book another tennis holiday with ActiveAway next year.

Yet another brilliant week of tennis and fun with Active Away. Thanks to Josh, Sean, Alex, Adam and all the support and resort staff at Kalimera Kriti for making it such a great experience... Hope to see you again soon guys and girls!

The kalimera Kriti hotel is a beautiful location with a lovely beach and excellent food. The six tennis courts are at the back of the hotel. The Active Away team were very energetic and encouraging with a very inclusive attitude throughout five days of tennis, so that all the group enjoyed playing together. The only criticisms are that the hotel drinks package was a waste of money, and the night out with the other hotel group was a failure.

Just back from excellent holiday at Kalimera Kriti. Superbly hosted by Sean, ably assisted by his fellow coaches Roy, Anthony and Malek. Great tennis, great fun and great banter with everyone on the holiday.
