The holiday includes **22.5 hours of professional tennis coaching** through a programme designed by Jamie Murray. The programme is planned around a **1:6 coach-to-player ratio** and a maximum group of 16.

How many tennis and padel courts are at Ikos Kissamos?

The resort has **four floodlit artificial clay tennis courts** and **three outdoor padel courts**. The organised Active Away programme takes place on the tennis courts; padel is an optional free-time activity subject to the resort's booking arrangements.

Can I book extra tennis outside the programme?

Resort tennis court use is subject to availability outside the organised Active Away sessions. Private lessons cost extra, and your host can help you request additional court time during the holiday.

Are the restaurants included?

Yes. Six à la carte restaurants and The Market form part of the resort's luxury all-inclusive offering. Dinner reservations are required, and Active Away will coordinate the restaurants shown in the group itinerary.

What is included within the all-inclusive offering?

The resort offering includes its restaurants, more than 100 wines, premium branded drinks, 24-hour room service, a minibar replenished daily, pool and serviced beach service, selected Dine Out venues and many resort activities. Spa treatments, private lessons and selected services cost extra.

Do we get complimentary use of a car?

The Ikos Local Drive Adventure includes use of a **MINI Countryman for one day**, subject to availability, a valid driving licence and the resort's driver requirements. Reserve it early because availability is limited.

Are airport transfers included?

Airport transfers are not included as standard, but an Active Away transfer from **Chania Airport** can be added during booking. The journey normally takes around **45-60 minutes**.

Will children be at the resort?

Ikos Kissamos is a family resort, so children are likely to be present around the hotel. The Active Away tennis holiday itself is adult-only, with coaching, hosting and group arrangements designed for the participating adults.

Is a tourist fee payable?

Greece's Climate Crisis Resilience Fee may be payable locally. Government rates and the contract treatment can change before travel, so your booking documents will confirm the applicable arrangement.

Beach Club - International Mediterranean food served beside the beach, from relaxed daytime dishes to dinner under the stars.

The Market - International food corners, live cooking and à la minute dishes within a relaxed buffet-style setting.

Active Away's planned group restaurant rotation is shown in the itinerary. Opening days, menus, group capacity and dining times can change seasonally, so your host will share any operational adjustments clearly.

The named venues include the Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar and Deluxe Pool Bar, with the latter reserved for Deluxe Collection guests. Food trucks add further casual options around the resort.

Premium drinks, cocktails, selected wines, soft drinks and barista-style coffees are included within the resort's all-inclusive concept. Individual opening times and seasonal venues are set by the resort.
