Welcome to Padel – A brief introduction to Padel – the bat, the rules and some key basics along with a racket warm up to get you used to the game of Padel.

Intermediate – We start the day with a fun physical warm up (nothing too strenuous) and then get stuck into hitting some balls. Take this opportunity to meet your fellow players and find your rhythm on court.

Intermediate – Fun, fast-paced drills with the focus on improving your accuracy, power, and control.

Welcome to Padel – Practice your volley technique and where to place the ball prior to a well-known tennis game of Dingles.

Intermediate – Watch as our expert coaches deliver an engaging masterclass on perfecting volleys and overhead lobs!

Welcome to Padel – Becoming friends with the back glass and learn how to use it when defending / attacking.

Intermediate – It’s time to practice your volleys and overheads – discover how to transition from defense to a powerful attack!

Welcome to Padel – Master the art of starting a Padel point by perfecting your serve and return, and put your skills to the test with some ghost doubles practice.

Intermediate – In this session, we’ll focus on perfecting your serve and approach shot, setting you up to dominate the net and win a Padel point in just 3 powerful shots!

Lunch is available in the on-site Café. There is a selection of Hot + Cold food/drinks.

Intermediate – In this session, you’ll become best friends with the wall – your secret weapon for dominating the game!

Welcome to Padel – Play some live game scenarios! A fun-filled last hour of points play and drills using shots like the Chiquita, neutralising a fast ball and the approach.

Intermediate – It’s time to get competitive! You will play practice matches with feedback and tips from the coaches, focusing on strategic play and adapting to different opponents.
