Start your padel journey with Active Away at Parkside West London on Saturday 14 November 2026. This beginner clinic gives you a practical introduction to the sport, with high energy coaching, fast paced drills and plenty of time to put your new skills into action. You will begin with the bat, rules and key basics before warming up and stepping into a live game scenario designed to encourage longer rallies. Throughout the day, you will learn how to take control at the net, use the back glass in defence and attack, and improve your serve and return. After lunch, the clinic covers lobs, overheads and the Bandeja, helping you understand when and how to use each shot. You will finish with live game scenarios and your first go at a real game of padel. Lunch is available to buy from the on site café, with a selection of hot and cold food and drinks.
