Welcome to Padel – A brief introduction to Padel – the bat, the rules and some key basics.

Racket Warm Up – A relaxed introduction into getting used to the game of Padel.

Play the Game – Figure of 8 – Get stuck into a live game scenario with a special rule to encourage longer rallies.

The Power of the Net – Practice your volley technique and where to place the ball prior to a well known tennis game of Dingles.

Back Glass – Becoming friends with the back glass and learn how to use it when defending / attacking.

Serve & Return – Get to grips with starting a Padel point and playing some ghost doubles.

Lunch – Lunch is available in the on-site Café at the Golf Centre next to Padel4All. There is a selection of Hot + Cold food/drinks.

Lobs & Overheads – How to deal with the lob in Padel and hitting effective overheads.

Bandeja – Understanding when and how to hit a Bandeja to get you back into an attacking position at the net.

Live Game Scenarios – A fun filled last hour of points play and drills using shots like the Chiquita, neutralising a fast ball and the approach.
