An example itinerary

Day Time Activity Details
Day 1 03:00 – 07:00 Check In Check in at the airport a minimum of 2 hours before your flight. Check-in can take time when traveling with children.
05:00 – 09:00 Flight Early departure flight from your preferred UK Airport, arriving around lunchtime.
10:00 – 11:30 Airport Transfer Our team greets you at Faro Airport, followed by a 30-minute transfer to Hilton Vilamoura.
13:00 Welcome Meeting & Lunch Bags left in the luggage room. A 19-minute walk to the tennis courts for lunch and a welcome meeting.
15:00 – 17:00 Tennis ‘Baseline Brilliance’ session, focusing on dominating from the back.
17:00 – 17:30 Wellbeing & Mental Performance Relaxation session to end the day.
18:00 – 18:45 Check In and Shower Walk back to the hotel, check into rooms, shower, and change.
19:00 Dinner Dinner at the hotel restaurant, followed by an early night.
Day 2 07:15 – 08:30 Breakfast Healthy breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Don’t forget to pack beach items!
09:00 – 11:00 Tennis ‘Net Mastery’ session focusing on volleys and overheads.
11:30 – 12:30 Pool Games Return to the hotel for fun pool activities.
12:30 – 13:30 Lunch Portuguese-style lunch at the hotel.
13:30 – 14:00 Pool Games Additional pool games continue.
15:00 – 17:00 Tennis ‘Strategies for Success’ session on tennis tactics.
17:00 – 18:00 Padel/Pickleball Try one of these sports with coaching guidance.
18:00 Dinner At Pizzaria Match Point (at the tennis club).
Day 3 07:15 – 08:30 Breakfast Start the day with a healthy breakfast.
09:00 – 11:00 Tennis ‘The First 3 Shots’ session, focusing on critical initial shots.
11:30 – 13:00 Pool Time Relax by the pool. Don’t forget sunscreen!
13:00 – 13:45 Lunch Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
15:00 – 17:00 Tennis ‘Conditioned Points’ session with different point-based scenarios.
17:00 – 18:00 Padel/Pickleball Guided by the coaching team.
18:00 Dinner At Pizzaria Match Point (at the tennis club).
Day 4 07:15 – 08:30 Breakfast Breakfast with the group.
09:00 – 11:00 Tennis ‘Crack the Code’ session, focusing on neutral and defensive positions.
11:30 – 12:30 Marina Tour & Souvenir Shopping Explore Vilamoura Marina for shopping and sightseeing.
12:30 – 13:30 Lunch Lunch at Vilamoura Marina.
13:30 – 14:30 Free Time Enjoy some free time.
15:00 – 17:00 Tennis ‘Spanish Drills’ session with a focus on intensity.
17:00 – 17:45 Exhibition Match Watch and support the pros.
17:45 – 19:00 Dinner & Games Night Dinner at Pizzaria Match Point followed by games/quiz night.
19:30 Bags Packed Pack bags and leave rooms tidy for tomorrow.
Day 5 07:15 – 08:30 Breakfast & Teacher Check Breakfast followed by a room check to ensure all bags are packed. Bags stored in luggage room.
09:00 – 11:00 Tennis ‘Team Style’ competition with bonus points for support.
11:00 – 11:30 Presentation Fun prizes awarded to attendees.
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch At Pizzaria Match Point (at the tennis club).
14:00 – 17:00 Airport Transfer Transfer to the airport, arriving at least 2.5 hours before flight.
17:00 – 20:00 Flight Return flight from your preferred UK Airport, arriving in the evening.
