Hotel – We’ve selected the 5* Hilton Vilamoura as our ‘base’ for this Pickleball holiday. With a fantastic range of amenities including 6 pools, an excellent spa and a golf course. It will serve as the perfect location to relax after a busy day on the courts!

Pickleball – We will be playing Pickleball at Vilamoura Tennis Academy – which is a short 19 minute walk away. It’s a fantastic club – which has a brilliant Pizza restaurant (which we will make the most of!) It also has both Padel and Tennis, if you’d like to spend your full day on the courts!

Arrival – Depending which trip you book onto, you will either be arriving on a Monday, Thursday or Sunday.

Airport Transfer – We can organise your Airport Transfer for you or alternatively you can make your own way from the Airport to the Hotel.

Please ensure your flight lands before 1pm to avoid missing the first coaching session!

Welcome Meeting – Meet the group and your coaching team.

16:00 – 18:00 – Pickleball Coaching – Focus on essential skills including serves, returns, and baseline drives. This session covers the core fundamentals of Pickleball, helping you build a strong foundation and improve your game.

18:30 – 19:00 – Welcome Meeting – Meet the group and your coaching team.

20:30 – Dinner – For the first evening, we keep things nice and simple by dining in the hotel restaurant as we appreciate you may have had an early start! Estimated price of €30.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast – Join the group in the main Buffet Restaurant to start the day well!

08:30 – Depart for the Pickleball courts (around 17-20 mins).

09:00 – 11:30 – Warm up in style and neutralise the opposition with a third shot.

12:30 – 13:30 – Enjoy a fresh Mediterranean lunch at the club. Estimated price of €15-20.

14:00 – 16:00 – Free Time – Either have a gentle walk back to the hotel, relax at the club or do some shopping.

16:00 – 18:30 – The 4th shot options – coping with the 3rd shot drop, with conditioned points and expert coaching tips!

19:30 – Join the group for Dinner at a local Restaurant, featuring Mediterranean and international cuisine. Estimated price of €30-50.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast – Join the group in the main Buffet Restaurant to start the day well!

08:30 – Depart for the Pickleball courts (around 17-20 mins).

09:00 – 11:30 – Practice the 6 types of Dink with Kitchen drills and skills

12:30 – 13:30 – Enjoy a fresh Mediterranean lunch at the club. Estimated price of €15-20.

14:00 – 16:00 – Free Time – Either have a gentle walk back to the hotel, relax at the club or do some shopping.

16:00 – 18:30 – It’s time for tactical techniques and tips in a game play format, putting into practice the skills you have learnt.

19:30 – Join the group for Dinner at a local Restaurant, featuring Mediterranean and international cuisine. Estimated price of €30-50.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast – Join the group in the main Buffet Restaurant to start the day well!

08:30 – Depart for the Pickleball courts (around 17-20 mins).

09:00 – 11:30 – Wrap up your Pickleball experience with a fun, mini-tournament featuring ‘American Doubles’ format.

10:30 – 10:45 – Conclude your Pickleball holiday with a special end-of-trip presentation. It’s a great opportunity to reflect on your experience, receive prizes, and share memorable moments with fellow participants.

11:00 – 12:00 – Check Out – The check out time for Hilton Vilamoura is 12:00.

Departure – Please choose a flight home which departs after 3pm so you can enjoy the final morning of Pickleball coaching!

Airport Transfer – We can organise your Airport Transfer for you or alternatively you can make your own way from the Hotel to the Airport.

Maria’s Restaurant & Beach – A charming beachside spot serving delicious Mediterranean and Portuguese dishes.

Sandbanks Fish & Seafood Restaurant – Located in Vale do Lobo, this restaurant specialises in fresh fish and seafood, offering a great dining experience with sea views.

Faro is your closest airport, approximately a 30 minute transfer.
