Each week is designed for a small group of just 12 guests, allowing for a truly sociable and inclusive atmosphere. Sani Resort is a food lover’s paradise, offering a diverse collection of over 20 world-class restaurants – all set within stunning surroundings. From beachfront seafood spots to elegant fine dining, every meal is an experience to savour.
As part of the Dine Around programme, you’ll enjoy access to a curated selection of venues, each offering its own unique atmosphere and menu. Whether you’re in the mood for authentic Greek cuisine at Elia, contemporary Japanese at Katsu, or fine French dining at Byblos, you’ll find something to satisfy every palate.
Other highlights include Cabana, inspired by the French Riviera, Ouzerie for traditional meze and ouzo by the sea, Ergon Deli for modern Greek comfort food, and The Market – a relaxed, modern bistro with Mediterranean flair.
Many of the restaurants are located around the Sani Marina, a picturesque hub where you can dine al fresco as yachts gently bob in the water. Each venue is committed to using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with several menus curated by Michelin-starred chefs.

When the sun sets at Sani Beach, the resort truly comes alive with an array of elegant bars and lounges – each offering a distinct vibe and setting for you to unwind, socialise, and soak up the atmosphere.
