What age group are the School Tours suitable for?
Our School Tennis Tours are designed for students aged 12–17, offering age-appropriate coaching and activities.
Where do the tours take place?
We offer tours in stunning destinations like Portugal, Greece, and Spain, each chosen for its top-notch tennis facilities and safe, inspiring environment.
What is included in the tour package?
Packages include flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, tennis coaching, and activities. Detailed itineraries are available for each destination.
How experienced are the coaches?
Our coaches are highly qualified and experienced working with juniors.
How do I know what tennis standard to input?
One of our biggest challenges is making sure everyone is matched up to someone of a similar standard. Here’s a little more information:
You will Play Up & Play Down – There will be times during your Active Away Tennis Holiday where you ‘Play Up a level’ (maybe even against the coaches) and also times where you’ll ‘Play Down a Level. We try to make this as even as possible.

Can I pay my balance in monthly instalment?
We operate on the following payment terms:
35% Deposit at the time of Booking
Balance Payment 12 Weeks before Travel

Our trained and certified coaches and staff provide around-the-clock supervision and support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for students.
Can we arrange for flexible group sizes?
Yes, we accommodate various group sizes and can adjust to meet your school’s specific needs.

How long does it take for my booking to be confirmed?
We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 to 48 hours of your initial reservation.

Pre-Travel
How do I handle parental consent forms?
Upon booking, you’ll receive an email with forms to complete. These cover dietary needs, safeguarding, and consent requirements.
My child has a dietary requirement, do I need to let you know?
While the resorts we partner with are able to accommodate all dietary requirements, please inform us here so that our team can make a note of this on your booking. This will ensure that your host is aware upon your child’s arrival.

Where should my child pack their tennis racket?
Hold Luggage only!
It is a CAA Requirement for your tennis racket to be in your hold luggage, we do not recommend risking trying to bring it as hand luggage.
Aircraft companies are supposed to remove tennis rackets from the plane if seen being brought as hand luggage.

Is there an opportunity for private coaching?
If your child is looking for a challenge, need a confidence boost, or want to focus on something specific, our coaches are available for private lessons outside the tennis programme.
Pricing varies by coach and can be arranged directly with them at the resort.

How do I give my feedback?
If my child breaks their strings, would this be a problem?
Some of the resorts we visit have a stringing machine available. If not, the coaches will bringing out spare rackets.
