What age groups are the Junior Tennis Camps designed for?

Our Junior Tennis Camps are ideal for young players aged 8-17 who are enthusiastic about tennis, whether they’re just starting out or looking to improve their competitive skills.

Do children need to have tennis experience to join?

No prior experience is required! Our camps are structured for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced junior players. Our coaches tailor sessions to meet each child’s level, ensuring they learn at a comfortable pace.

What does a typical day at camp look like?

How many children are booked onto an event?

Can the single supplement be removed after booking?

The single supplement can be removed from your booking but only if your child decides to share a room with someone.

Can my child share a room with someone who they don't know?

We don’t offer the option to share a room with someone you don’t already know.

How do I know what tennis standard to input for my child?

One of our biggest challenges is making sure everyone is matched up to someone of a similar standard. Here’s a little more information:

Your child will Play Up & Play Down – There will be times during the Junior Tennis Camp where your child will β€˜Play Up a level’ (maybe even against the coaches) and also times where they’ll β€˜Play Down a Level’. We try to make this as even as possible.

Changing Groups – Please never be afraid to speak to your host about changing groups if you feel your child is being over/under challenged.

Can I pay my balance in monthly instalment?

What is included in the Junior Tennis Camp package?

Our camp packages include:

  • Accommodation

  • All meals

  • Jamie Murray designed Tennis Programme

  • Match play and tournaments

  • Supervised fun activities

What is the ratio of coaches to players?

We maintain a low coach-to-player ratio to ensure each child receives individual attention and guidance. Typically, we aim for a 1:6 coach-to-player ratio.

Are the camps safe and supervised?

Yes, absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All camps are fully supervised by trained staff, and we adhere to strict safety protocols. Coaches and staff are background-checked and first aid certified.

Are meals provided?

Yes, all meals are provided and snacks throughout the day to keep the children energised.

How can I book a Junior Tennis Camp?

Are flights included?

Flights are not included in our package. However, both the tennis programme and accommodation are included, and you can add airport transfers for an additional cost.

Are airport transfers included?

They are not included within our base package, but can be added upon booking. You can read more about Airport Transfers here.

What is the Single Occupancy Supplement?

The Single Occupancy Supplement needs to be added to your booking if your child is staying in a room on their own.

a) Why do I have to pay the Single Occupancy Supplement? Our pricing is based on 2 sharing a room and all prices displayed on our website are β€˜Per Person.’

b) Can someone else share my room if I’ve paid for the Single Occupancy of it? No. We are charged different rates for the number of people in the room. A second person must pay either the full price or the non-playing price.

c) Do you make any margin on the Single Occupancy Supplement? No, we actually even pass any early booking discount we get with hotels to our guests. We do our best to negotiate the best prices possible for Single Occupancy as we appreciate this is a prohibitive booking factor.

Am I financially protected?

Yes, your holiday is protected through the Package Travel Regulations if your booking has more than 1 part – for example: Accommodation & Tennis.

How do I apply my discount code?

You can only use 1 Discount Code per Tennis Holiday.

Who will be hosting my child's camp?

All Junior Camps will be hosted by one of our highly trained tennis experts. They are an LTA Level 4/5 Qualified Coach, extremely personable and friendly! All have experience with coaching children and are trained in first aid and have acquired all relevant certificates.

How long does it take for my booking to be confirmed?

We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 to 48 hours of your initial reservation.

Pre-Travel

Can parents join or observe the camp?

Parents are welcome to attend the opening and closing sessions to see their children in action. However, during daily activities, we encourage children to focus on building independence and connections with their peers.

What should my child bring to camp?

Your child should bring:

  • Comfortable sportswear and tennis shoes

  • Tennis racquet

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen

  • Any personal items needed

My child has a dietary requirement, do I need to let you know?

While the hotels we partner with are able to accommodate all dietary requirements, please inform us here so that our team can make a note of this on your booking. This will ensure that your host is aware upon your child’s arrival.

Is my child allowed to bring their phone?

Yes, however we encourage that they stay off them at break times and only use if needed.

Will there be a competition/tournament?

Yes, there will be a tournament on the final day of the camp.

Is there an opportunity for private coaching?

If you’re looking for a challenge, need a confidence boost, or want to focus on something specific, our coaches are available for private lessons outside the tennis programme.

Pricing varies by coach and can be arranged directly with them at the resort.

How do I fill out my parental consent form?

Once you’ve booked, a parental consent form will be sent to your email. Please complete it as soon as possible to finalise your booking

What happens if it rains?

If it rains during the time scheduled for tennis, we have an indoor space reserved for quizzes and games.

Does my child receive anything at the end of the camp?

Absolutely! A certificate and full tennis report will be provided after the camp.

My child has broken their strings. Can they get them re-strung?

Some of the venues we visit have a stringing machine available. If not, we always bring spare children rackets with us.

Can my child have a private lesson whilst they're there?

Absolutely! Choose your preferred coach from our team, and they will coordinate the lesson and payment directly with you before or after the end of camp.

How do I give my feedback?
