Join us at David Lloyd West Bridgford on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March 2027 for a focused weekend of tennis built around Active Away’s Jamie Murray Doubles Programme. You’ll train with an experienced team of expert coaches, with no more than one coach to six players per court. Groups will rotate, giving you opportunities to play both up and down while working with a range of players. Across the weekend, practical drills and competitive exercises will help you read the ball earlier, make better decisions and become more consistent under pressure. You’ll develop your rally rhythm, movement, positioning, volleys and transitions, as well as learning how to attack a weak second serve and work more effectively with your doubles partner. There will also be matchplay, giving you the chance to put your new skills and tactics into practice. Both days begin with arrival at 11.15am, followed by a physical warm up at 11.30am. A one hour lunch break is scheduled each day, with hot and cold food and drinks available to buy from the on site café.
