Take your doubles game forward with a full day of focused tennis at David Lloyd Southampton on Sunday 15 November 2026. Meet your group at 11:45am, then get moving with a short physical warm up before splitting into groups. With no more than one coach to six players per court, you will have plenty of opportunities to practise, compete and learn on the venue’s indoor courts. The morning’s Spanish Drills sessions will help you sharpen your split step timing, reactions and baseline consistency. You will also develop greater control over your volleys, improve your positioning and learn how to work more effectively as a team at the net. After the lunch break, available from the on-site café at an additional cost, the focus turns to Doubles Disruption. You will practise fakes, poaches, returns, movement and switching, giving you practical ways to pressure opponents and take control of rallies.
