Take your doubles game forward with a full day of focused tennis at David Lloyd Southampton on Sunday, 6 December 2026. You’ll start by meeting the group at 11:45am before warming up and moving into groups, with no more than one coach to six players per court. The morning’s Spanish Drills sessions will help you sharpen your reactions, improve baseline consistency and control, develop more effective volleys and become a stronger team at the net. After a lunch break, the focus turns to Doubles Disruption. Through cooperative rallies, competitive exercises and point play, you’ll practise using fakes and poaches, improve your movement and decision-making, and build better return and volley teamwork. The day finishes with matchplay, giving you the chance to put everything you’ve worked on into practice. Lunch is available to buy from the on-site café, with a selection of hot and cold food and drinks.
