Take your doubles game forward with a focused one day or weekend tennis clinic at David Lloyd Southampton on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December 2026. You will train on indoor courts in small groups, with no more than six players per coach on each court. Groups rotate, giving you opportunities to play with different players and test yourself at different levels. Across the clinic, you will work on reading the ball earlier, making quicker decisions and building greater consistency in rallies. Practical drills will also develop your movement, positioning, volleys and teamwork, helping you feel more confident at the baseline and the net. Saturday includes Rally Rhythm, Doubles DNA, Spanish Drills, Transition Triumph, Beat the Coach and matchplay. Sunday continues with Spanish Drills and Doubles Disruption, including sessions designed to improve baseline control, net play and your effectiveness as a doubles team.
