Between 03:00 – 07:00 – Check In – You’ll need to check in at the airport a minimum of 2 hours before your flight. Check in can take a reasonable length of time when travelling with children.

Between 05:00 – 09:00 – Flight – We will select a flight from your preferred UK Airport for you (you’ll have chance to check this before confirming). This will be an early departure flight meaning you will most likely arrive around lunch time.

12:00 – 13:30 – Airport Transfer – Our team will be there to greet you on arrival at Gibraltar Airport. There will then be a 90 minute transfer from the Airport to Hipotels Barrosa Park.

14:00 – Welcome Meeting & Lunch – Bags will be left on arrival in the left luggage room, we then have a quick lunch in the hotel, before heading to tennis.

15:30 – 17:30 – Tennis – Before we start we will share quick health and safety information followed by a light warm up. The tennis session then begins with our ‘Baseline Brilliance’ session, which is all about dominating from the back.

17:30 – 18:00 – Wellbeing & Mental Performance – After a long day, we finish with a wellbeing session to leave the courts feeling relaxed.

18:00 – 18:45 – Check In and Shower – After a quick cycle back to the hotel, we check in to the rooms, shower and change.

19:00 – Dinner – Tonight we dine in the restaurant at the hotel followed by an early night.

07:15 – 08:30 – Breakfast – Head downstairs for a healthy breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Don’t forget to pack your beach stuff!

09:00 – 11:00 – Tennis – Following our morning cycle to the tennis club, we start out ‘net mastery’ session – which is all about your ability to play different types of volleys as well as overheads.

11:30 – 12:30 – Pool Games – A short cycle back to the hotel. We then get stuck in to some fun pool games.

13:00 – 13:30 – Lunch – A lovely Spanish style lunch at the hotel.

13:30 – 14:00 – Pool Games – The pool games continue.

15:00 – 17:00 – Tennis – After a quick change at the hotel we then head straight to tennis for our ‘strategies for success’ session.

17:00 – 18:00 – Padel – Try Padel with guidance from our coaching team.

18:00 – Dinner – A lovely buffet dinner at the hotel.

07:15 – 08:30 – Breakfast – Head down to breakfast to start the day well with a healthy meal.

09:00 – 11:00 – Tennis – This session is all about ‘The First 3 Shots’ – arguably the most important shots, with around 50% of points being won or lost in these first 3.

11:30 – 13:00 – Pool Time – Time to relax by the pool – don’t forget your sunscreen!

13:00 – 13:45 – Lunch – At the hotel restaurant.

15:00 – 17:00 – Tennis – This is our ‘conditioned points’ session, where we set up different points based scenarios.

17:00 – 18:00 – Padel – Try Padel with guidance from our coaching team.

18:00 – Dinner – A lovely buffet dinner at the hotel.

07:15 – 08:30 – Breakfast – Join everyone for breakfast.

09:00 – 11:00 – Tennis – This session is called ‘Crack the Code’ and challenges you to find answers from neutral or defensive positions on the court.

11:00 – 12:30 – Free Time.

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch – At the Hotel.

13:30 – 14:30 – Free Time

15:00 – 17:00 – Tennis – ‘Spanish Drills’ – bring your head, heart and legs for this session, you’ll need it!

17:00 – 17:45 – Exhibition Match – Watch the pro’s go at it and cheer on your favourites!

17:45 – 19:00 – Dinner & Games Night – Dinner at the hotel and fun games with the team.

19:30 – Bags Packed – Everything that you don’t need for tomorrow should be packed and rooms left tidy.

07:15 – 08:30 – Breakfast & Teacher Check – A hearty breakfast is provided at the hotel, followed by a ‘room check’ by all of the teachers to make sure all bags are packed. The bags will then be stored in the luggage room.

09:00 – 11:00 – Tennis – Fun ‘Team Style’ competition with bonus points for being the best team supporters!

11:00 – 11:30 – Presentation – A presentation with some fun prizes for all attendees.

12:30 – 13:30 Lunch – At the hotel.

Between 14:00 – 17:00 – Airport Transfer – The airport transfer will collect you from the hotel between 14:00 – 17:00 depending on your flight time. The transfer will take 90 minutes and will allow you at least 2.5 hours check in time.

Between 19:00 – 23:00 – Flight – We will select a flight from your preferred UK Airport for you (you’ll have chance to check this before confirming). This will be an evening flight meaning you will arrive back in the UK in the evening.
