Arrival – Depending which trip you book onto, you will either be arriving on a Monday, Thursday or Sunday.

Airport Transfer – We can organise your Airport Transfer for you or alternatively you can make your own way from the Airport to the Hotel.

Please ensure your flight lands before 2pm to avoid missing the first coaching session!

Welcome Meeting – Meet the group and your coaching team.

17:30 – 19:00 – Padel Coaching – This is our ‘Padel Control’ session which is all about instilling a good Padel Warm Up, some padel tactic situations and dealing with different game scenarios.

20:30 – Dinner – For the first evening, we keep things nice and simple by dining in the hotel restaurant as we appreciate you may have had an early start!

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast – Join the group in the Kamal Buffet Restaurant to start the day well!

09:30 – 12:00 – Padel Coaching – This session is all about ‘Rock Solid Defence’.

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch – Enjoy a fresh Mediterranean lunch at the Sandbanks Fish & Seafood Restaurant, perfectly situated between the Padel club and the Hotel. Specialising in seafood cuisine, this charming spot offers a delightful dining experience for around €20-30 per person.

13:30 – 16:30 – Relax – Enjoy the facilities of the hotel for the afternoon!

16:30 – 18:00 – Padel Coaching – More of a play session, with some conditioned points and expert coaching tips.

20:00 – Dinner – Join the group for Dinner at the U&Co Restaurant, offering a chic dining experience with a menu that features a delightful fusion of Mediterranean and international cuisine for around €30-40 per person.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast – Join the group in the Kamal Buffet Restaurant to build up your energy for a fun day on court!

09:30 – 12:00 – Padel Coaching – This session is all about getting on the offense and being aggressive at the net!

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch – On our way back to the hotel for a relaxing afternoon by the pool, we’ll stop at Tinto’s Restaurant for a delicious Mediterranean meal for around €15-30 per person.

13:30 – 16:30 – Relax – Enjoy the facilities of the hotel for the afternoon!

16:30 – 18:00 – Padel Coaching – More of a play session, with some conditioned points and expert coaching tips.

20:00 – Dinner – Join the group for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner at Spike’s Restaurant as we make our way back from an exciting day of Padel. We would expect this meal to be between €20-30 per person.

22:30 – Drinks – Optional drinks in the local town of Vale de Lobo (additional cost for taxi and drinks).

07:30 – 08:45 – Breakfast – Join the group for breakfast in the main buffet restaurant.

09:00 – 10:30 – Padel Play – Mini end of padel break ‘American Doubles’ style competition.

10:30 – 10:45 – Presentation – End of padel tennis holiday presentation.

11:00 – 12:00 – Check Out – The check out time for Dona Filipa Hotel is 12:00.

Departure – Please choose a flight home which departs after 3pm so you can enjoy the final morning of Padel coaching!
