5* Aphrodite Hills

These are the arrival and departure days for our Adult Padel Holidays to Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus.

We can arrange an Airport Transfer for you, or alternatively you can meet us at the hotel.

We will have a welcome meeting on the arrival day & be there to say goodbye when you depart.

The first day of Padel! Join the Group at the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant for breakfast – we have an area booked from 8:30 – 9:25.

We will be meeting at 9:30 for our welcome meeting at the Padel Courts before your morning coaching session from 10:00 – 12:00 focused around Padel Tactic Situations. Dealing with different game situations.

Join the group at the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant for lunch at 13:00, before having a little relax by the pool/beach.

Meet back at the courts for 17:00 – 19:00 for more of a play session, with some conditioned points and expert coaching tips.

The day isn’t quite over yet – meet us in the lobby for a drink at 20:00 and a lovely dinner at 20:30 in the Fig & Olive Restaurant for a Mediterranean evening meal (subject to availability depending on the restaurant’s season).

Day 2 of padel is here, and it’s time to work on how to handle the glass and play a chiquita! Start the day from 10:00 – 12:00 and learn all about being defensive.

Have a quick shower, or head straight to the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant for lunch – followed by a relax down on the beach or by the pool.

After a well-deserved afternoon break, join us from 17:00 – 19:00, with the aim of implementing strategies for success in fun game scenarios.

Dinner Time! Tonight, we are eating at the Asian Restaurant. Join us down at the lobby for a drink at 20:00 before we head to the restaurant for 20:30.

It’s time to get up and at it! Meet us at the courts for our coaching session 10:00 – 12:00 all about getting on the offense! How to take and keep the net in Padel.

After lunch at the Eleonas Buffet Restaurant, it’s back up to the Padel Courts for 17:00 – 19:00 for more of a play session, with some conditioned points and expert coaching tips!

Tonight, we are in the Ladi & Rigani Restaurant for a traditional Greek meal (subject to availability depending on the restaurant’s season).

After all your hard work and dedication, today is yours’ to relax! We will give you a few options for a day trip.

For dinner, please book your own meal, or alternatively join the coaching team in the Eleonas Main Buffet Restaurant.

Let’s get back to padel! Today we will be working on perfecting your serve and the approach shot, allowing you to set up to dominate the net.

Take a refreshing dip in the pool before joining us at the Eleonas Restaurant for lunch.

17:00 – 19:00 – Enjoy an afternoon of doubles socials, focusing on strategic play and adapting to different opponents.

Dinner in the evening is at the Gate to India Restaurant for an Indian evening meal (subject to availability depending on the restaurant’s season). After dinner, join us for a couple of quiet drinks to cap off a great day!

Sadly, today is your last full day and to crown the week off in style, we will have a Champagne Social Tournament ‘American Doubles’ style 09:00 – 13:00. We will split everyone into even teams, and you’ll have a coach captaining your team and guiding you through your matches. It’s designed to be fun & friendly with a dose of competitiveness (oh and don’t forget the most important part of the morning – the half-time champagne break)!

After battling it out in the Champagne Tournament, it’s time for a well deserved lunch. Today we will have a late lunch in the main buffet restaurant, to recharge after using all of that energy.

Now, it’s your turn to heckle the coaching team and give us pointers on our padel skills. Watch them play an exhibition match from 17:00 – 18:00. Make sure to bring your best banter!

Join us for our round-up presentation, where we fully welcome you into our Active Away Family, with some prizes on offer for the best moments of the week. It’s full of smiles & laughter – a lovely way to round off an unforgettable week of Padel in Cyprus!
