The single supplement can be removed from your booking but only if you decide to share a room with someone.
We don’t offer the option to share a room with someone you don’t already know.
One of our biggest challenges is making sure everyone is matched up to someone of a similar standard. Here’s a little more information:
You will Play Up & Play Down – There will be times during your Active Away Padel Holiday where you ‘Play Up a level’ (maybe even against the coaches) and also times where you’ll ‘Play Down a Level. We try to make this as even as possible.

Changing Groups – Please never be afraid to speak to your host about changing groups if you feel over/under challenged.

Game4Padel is the UK’s leading padel operator with the most venues open across the UK as well as venues open in Spain and Melbourne. We decided to partner up with them to provide exceptional opportunities to our clients and experience the thrill of padel tennis.
Flights are not included in our package. However, both the padel programme and accommodation are included, and you can add airport transfers for an additional cost.

The Single Occupancy Supplement needs to be added to your booking if you are staying in a room on your own.
a) Why do I have to pay the Single Occupancy Supplement? Our pricing is based on 2 sharing a room and all prices displayed on our website are ‘Per Person.’
b) Can someone else share my room if I’ve paid for the Single Occupancy of it? No. We are charged different rates for the number of people in the room. A second person must pay either the full price or the non-playing price.
c) Do you make any margin on the Single Occupancy Supplement? No, we actually even pass any early booking discount we get with hotels to our guests. We do our best to negotiate the best prices possible for Single Occupancy as we appreciate this is a prohibitive booking factor.
Yes, your holiday is protected through the Package Travel Regulations if your booking has more than 1 part – for example: Accommodation & Tennis.
You can only use 1 Discount Code per Padel Holiday.

Without a doubt no! Socialising is one of our biggest USPs outside of our padel coaching programme and one of the reasons we have so many repeat customers. Many of our clients come alone and meet friends for life.

We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 to 48 hours of your initial reservation.
Absolutely, the more the merrier! All our resorts offer a variety of activities so they won’t get bored, and they are always welcome to join the group for meals.
Since both of our Padel Hotels operate on a B&B basis, breakfast is included, but lunch, dinner, and drinks are additional and will be added to your room bill to be settled at the end of your stay.
We’ll also be dining outside the hotel for some meals, so please keep this in mind. Additionally, if you’re interested in excursions, having some cash on hand will be useful for any activities you wish to join.

If you are booked onto one of our Padel Holidays at Dona Filipa Hotel, you will need to book your flight into Faro Airport.
If you are booked onto one of our Padel Holidays at Oliva Nova Hotel, you can choose to fly into Alicante Airport which is a 90-minute transfer or into Valencia Airport which is a 50-minute transfer.
While the resorts we partner with are able to accommodate all dietary requirements, please inform us here so that our team can make a note of this on your booking. This will ensure that your host is aware upon your arrival.
Absolutely! If your friend(s) have never participated in an Active Away event before, you will receive a £50 referral discount for each person who books a holiday based on your referral.

Yes, we recommend bringing your own, however if you do not own one yourself, there are padel rackets you can rent at both resorts.

Yes! If you feel like you are being under or over challenged please do inform your host who will accommodate the groups accordingly.
Of course – that’s no problem at all! Just let your host know that you will be doing your own thing tonight.
Your host will share the transfer list in the group chat a couple of days before departure, and you’ll also receive an email. If you’d like the information sooner, feel free to ask your host.
If you’d like to try a different restaurant than the group, please let your host know, and they’ll handle the reservation for you.
