The Sani Beach Hotel is situated within the Sani Resort which is located about 90 km south of Thessaloniki on the west coast of the Greek peninsula Kassandra, in a huge nature reserve filled with forests, meadows and a unique avian biotope. Kassandra is one of the three peninsulas which belong to Halkidiki. The hotel complexe is situated directly on the kilometre-long, pale and gently-sloping beach or at the resort’s own yacht harbour Sani Marina. The Sani Marina has a range of cafés, tavernas, bars, boutiques and galleries. Airport transfer time is approximately 1 hour.

Sani Beach Rooms

Sani Beach Hotel now offers its widest choice of rooms ever:From doubles to junior suites and one and two bedroom suites. The contemporary colonial styling is designed for total comfort and is complemented by chic furniture and floor to ceiling windows providing spectacular views across the Aegean and the beautifully landscaped gardens.

 

It’s a spacious, relaxing environment with each room offering an exclusive terrace, balcony or private garden. Light and airy, the accommodation has everything you could want to make your stay a real pleasure.

We have ten types of rooms available:

Double room with a Garden View or Sea view (25m2) 134 rooms-

Available on a single and twin/double basis. The air-conditioned double room offers contemporary design and dream beds for extra comfort. There is a comfortable bathroom with tropical shower cabin and complimentary toiletries by Anne Semonin, as well as a private balcony or with a coffee table and chairs. Double Rooms accommodate up to two adults. Double Rooms accommodate up to two adults, or 1 adult and 1 child.

 

 

Junior Suite Pool front/Sea Front (35m2) 112 rooms

The spacious contemporary style of our 35m2 Junior Suite is complemented by a seating corner that adds even more comfort and a private balcony or terrace with coffee table and chairs. These luxurious suites promise floor-to-ceiling windows along with Dream Beds and mattresses to guarantee a most relaxing stay. The bathroom features a bathtub or a tropical shower cabin, along with exclusive toiletries by Anne Semonin. Junior suites can accommodate up to four people, a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children up to the age of 12.

 

Junior Suite Panorama (50m2) 8 rooms

Our spacious 40m2 suites offer you luxury combined with the best views in the whole of Sani Resort. Breathtaking vistas over the Aegean which you can even enjoy from the comfort of your own bed or your large private terrace complete with coffee table and chairs. This spacious suite (indoor & outdoor space approx 60m2) offers contemporary design with a seating corner, floor-to-ceiling windows and Dream Beds for extra comfort. The bathroom features a tropical shower cabin, make up mirror and exclusive bathroom toiletries by Anne Semonin. Panorama Junior Suites can accommodate up to four people - a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children up to the age of 12.

Family Room (50m2) 32 rooms

- Our 50m2 Family Room conveniently combines two doubles with an interconnecting door to comfortably accommodate up to four people. Offering contemporary design and dream beds for extra comfort, guests enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows and a bathroom featuring a tropical shower cabin and complimentary toiletries by Anne Semonin. Each room comes with a private balcony complete with table and chairs.

 

 

One Bedroom Family Suites (50m2) 20 rooms

These beautifully spacious 50m2 suites provide a separate bedroom and living area to ensure a luxuriously comfortable stay. The contemporary design has floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views and a private terrace or balcony comes complete with rattan coffee table and chairs. The separate bedroom features Dream Beds for extra comfort, while the bathroom comes with bathtub or tropical shower cabin and luxury bathroom toiletries by Anne Semonin. The suites can accommodate up to five people - a maximum of three adults and two children or two adults and three children up to the age of 12.

Two Bedroom Family Suites (75m2) 35 rooms

This luxurious family suite comes with two beautifully spacious bedrooms, a separate living area and two bathrooms. The master bathroom comes with bathtub and separate tropical shower, while the second bathroom offers a tropical shower cabin. Both have luxury bathroom toiletries by Anne Semonin. The contemporary design features floor-to-ceiling windows, Dream Beds and balcony with rattan coffee table and chairs. The suite can accommodate up to five people - a maximum of four adults and one child or two adults and three children up to the age of 12.

One Bedroom Family Suite Beach Front (70m2) 5 rooms

This spacious suite offers the highest levels of luxury throughout and direct access to the Sani Hill beach. The One Bedroom Family Suite Beach Front provides a separate bedroom and living area to ensure a luxuriously comfortable stay. The contemporary design has floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views and a private garden and terrace that comes complete with sun loungers, rattan coffee table and chairs. The separate bedroom features Dream Beds for extra comfort, while the bathroom comes with luxury bathroom toiletries by Anne Semonin. Indoor space approx 70 m2. The suites can accommodate up to five people - a maximum of three adults and two children or two adults and three children up to the age of 12.

Two Bedroom Family Suite Beach Front (105m2) 5 rooms

This spacious suite offers the highest levels of luxury throughout and direct access to the Sani Hill beach. Two Bedroom Family Suite Beach Front comes with two beautifully spacious bedrooms, a separate living area and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have luxury bathroom toiletries by Anne Semonin.  The contemporary design features floor-to-ceiling windows, Dream Beds and a private garden and terrace, sun loungers and rattan coffee table and chairs. Indoor space approx 105 m2. The suite can accommodate up to five people - a maximum of four adults and one child or two adults and three children up to the age of 12.

Deluxe One Bedroom Family Suite (80m2) 3 rooms

This suite offers contemporary design and comfort. Luxuriously spacious, consisting of a spacious bedroom and separate living area, two marble bathrooms (one bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabinet and second bathroom with shower cabinet) and exclusive bathroom amenities by Anne Semonin. In total there are 6 excellently-prepared Canada-Tenn clay courts and a homely terrace. Canada-Tenn courts consist of green clay and offer identical playing and sliding characteristics and foundations to red clay courts. 6 courts (3 with floodlights) are located at the Sani Beach Hotel and are also open to guests from the Porto Sani Village and Sani Asterias Suites (100-300 m away). 2 courts are located at the Sani Beach Club. Ideal conditions for team’s training. The courts are available for play from April. 

Other Sports and Entertainment

The extensive range of sports and entertainment possibilities are open to all guests of the individual hotels: volleyball, basketball, table tennis, darts, archery, gymnastics, fitness centre, sauna and hiking are free of charge. Mountain biking, watersports, surfing, sailing, PADI dive school, parachute jumping and parasailing are also available at an extra charge. Entertainment shows during the day and in the evenings for the little ones (from 4 years old) to teenagers (up to 18 years old). Babysitting service. Open-air cinema, music festivals. Their properties include anti-wrinkling, firming and anti-ageing and they naturally tone and moisturize tired skin to restore the natural balance and leave you refreshed.You can also refresh those tired limbs with a visit to our thermal suite which offers both sauna and steam rooms. You can workout in the fitness room or simply soak away the stress in the Jacuzzi. There’s everything you could need to totally spoil yourself including hair, beauty and nail salons.

We know how important it is that everyone has a brilliant holiday, so we’ve gone out of our way to make the whole family happy. When it’s time to relax with a cool drink – whether a cocktail or a beer – you’ll always find a chilled-out ambience at Sani Beach Hotel. And when you crave that midnight snack, our new 24-hour room service is waiting for you with an innovative choice of inviting dishes.

The Dine Around Programme

There’s no better way to sample the culinary delights at Sani than through our Dine-Around programme where half-board and full-board guests can choose from many of our restaurants. It makes dining a lot of fun and with the restaurants offering a selection of special set menus. You’ll find the choice superb and the value unbelievable.The Dine-Around programme allows half-board and full-board guests to enjoy their meals at many restaurants throughout Sani Resort. They may use their meal allowance in 22 restaurants, where they can either select one of the several tailored menus - without extra charges - or order a-la-carte. If guests choose to order a-la-carte, the meal allowance amount of 20€ p.p. (children 10€) for Sani Beach  & Sani Club guests, and 25€ p.p. (children 12.50€) for Porto Sani  & Sani Dunes guests will be deducted from their total bill:
